The survey will normally take about 15 - 20 minutes to complete. Your information remains confidential - only aggregate responses are included in the summary analysis.

The 2004 benchmarking report will be completed and available around the first of April. Remember - by participating, you receive one copy of the report - FREE.

For system security reasons, your survey session will remain active for 1 hour. If you think you may require more than an hour to provide your responses, we suggest you print out a PDF copy of the survey to draft your responses then complete the on-line survey.
