Praxis designed, developed, piloted and delivered an online e-Learning course with modules aligned with instructor-led content and simulations that can be used in both instructor-led and online courses. This enabled the client to leverage existing content while providing flexible, yet compliant, training options.

New users can access training anytime, anywhere and can use the system immediately after completing the course successfully, which promotes training compliance. They don’t have to wait for a scheduled class or even leave their desks. There are no travel expenses for new users or ongoing training. And, because the online training includes simulations, the client doesn’t have to maintain a dedicated training environment. Praxis’ e-Learning solution is also $30,000 less expensive to implement, over the life of the system, than traditional, instructor-led training.
